The owl is for my grandpa because he is wise and he looks over my family.The beaver is for my grandma because she is old, wise, and she is determined. The dolphin is for my dad because that is his favorite animal. The raven is for my brother because he is greedy and tricky. The whale is for my sister because her name is Ocean. The wolf is for me because I have loyalty and success. The bear is for my mom because she is the Momma bear.
In the paragraph above there is the reasons I chose the animals I did. One problem was trying to get the animals to stay together in an Indian type form. Instead I just spaced them out a little bit. I am happy with my work because I think it looks ok because I used the native american colors. I think I picked the right symbols for the right people in my family. My favorite symbol is the dolphin or the wolf. Ethan and I helped each other out on our totem poles.
